Eggplant salad “Tender”

Eggplant — 10 PCs
Tomato — 10 PCs
The pepper — 10 PCs
Onions — 10 PCs
Vegetable oil — 200 g
Salt — 1 tbsp
Sugar — 200 g
Vinegar — 100 g

Recipe “eggplant Salad “Tender””:
Products accommodate medium size!
All the vegetables cut into thin strips or grate on a large grater or food processor (julienne). From my observations, too finely shred should not, without fanaticism)
Cooked vegetables pour the marinade (oil+vinegar+sugar+salt).

Tomatoes pepper

Tomato (Better grade plum)
Sugar — 1 C.
Vinegar (9%) — 1 stack.
Black pepper — 5 package.
Salt — 2 tbsp
Parsley (bundles)
Water — 2 liters


Recipe “Tomatoes in pepper”:
1) Make the marinade. In water add sugar, salt and when boiling, the vinegar.

2) my Tomatoes and wipe dry.
Cut in half and dip well into the peppers (cored)

3) In sterilized jars on the bottom put the parsley and tightly lay tomatoes.

4) Pour the hot brine over the banks and preserve.

The recipe makes 6 one-liter bottles. So can’t really say how much tomatoes.

Still, these tomatoes are so delicious and really not peppery and slightly spicy

Liver cake with carrots and onions

Beef liver 1 kg
Eggs 3 pieces
Wheat flour 350 g
Milk 500 ml

2. In a well-heated frying pan (pre-greased with vegetable oil) with a ladle pour the liver. The process is the same as when baking pancakes. Make cakes — ideally, the thickness of the cake should not be more than 5 mm. Although otherwise it will be delicious.

Cake “Prague” according to the ancient recipe

Wheat flour 1.5 cups
Sugar 2 cups
Sour cream 20% 6 tablespoons
Sweetened condensed milk 6 tablespoons
Soda 2 teaspoons
Cocoa powder 7 tablespoons
Butter 300 g
Milk 0.6 l
Semolina 4 tablespoons
A pinch of vanilla
Brandy 3 ml
Walnuts 25 PCs

1. Eggs and a Cup of sugar to whisk, add sour cream, 2 teaspoon soda extinguished by vinegar, condensed milk, 4 tablespoons cocoa. Stir this mixture in a blender or food processor. Then add a half Cup of flour and mix thoroughly.

Cake “Zebra”

Sugar 360 g
Eggs 6 pieces
Butter 100 g
Sour cream 200 g
Wheat flour 250 g
Baking powder 1 teaspoon
Cocoa powder 2 tablespoons
Soda on the tip of a knife
Walnuts 70 g

1. Softened butter RUB with half sugar (180 grams). In another bowl, beat in eggs, add the remaining sugar (180 grams) and whip the mixture with a whisk or a mixer. To oil mixture, pour the egg mixture and mix well. In the cream put the baking soda and baking powder. Mix well.
2. Sour cream add to the butter-egg mixture and stir. Enter the sifted flour mixture, add chopped nuts and mix well again.
3. Divide the dough into 2 equal parts.
4. In one part of the test, add cocoa, sifted through a fine sieve, and mix.

The Napoleon cake with orange cream

Margarine 300 g
Apple cider vinegar 1 tablespoon
